Online and offline bookings are subject to slot availability.
You are requested to provide accurate information while booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows may result in forfeiture of any advance payments made.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices mentioned on our website, app, or promotional materials are subject to change without notice.
We accept payments via cash, cards, UPI, net banking, and other digital methods.
Mediwin reserves the right to correct pricing errors even after confirmation of booking.
6. Offers & Promotions
Any promotional offers, coupons, or discounts (including Facebook/Google ad campaigns) are time-limited and may have additional terms, which will be disclosed at the time of the offer.
Offers are non-transferable and cannot be clubbed with other ongoing schemes unless specified.
7. Home Sample Collection
Available only in specific service areas.
Sample collection timings will be confirmed by our team post-booking.
In case of any delay or rescheduling due to unavoidable circumstances, users will be informed in advance.
8. Test Reports
We strive to deliver timely and accurate reports, usually within 24–72 hours, depending on the test type.
Reports can be accessed through email, WhatsApp, or our online portal.
Mediwin is not responsible for any delay caused due to technical or external factors beyond our control.
9. Use of Personal Data
We collect and use personal data strictly in line with our Privacy Policy.
Your information is used to provide, improve, and communicate about our services.
We never sell your data to third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
